All the products are made from superior yarn made by high end spinning mills from first quality.Every lot of the yarn is tested for all kinds of strength and other parameters in Textile testing labs before it is taken to the next stage of knitting.

Knitting of fabric for the T - Shirts is done on imported German knitting machines to give perfect finish and feel. Then the knitted fabric is dyed in latest state of the art Eco- friendly soft flow dyeing units and proper pollution control permits. The fabric is then compacted by ‘Tube-Tex’ compacting machines to control shrinkage and as a result the shrinkage will be less than 5% (permitted export standard) for all cotton garments.`

Garments are made from the above finished fabric with Japanese sewing machines to get perfect and quality finish. Quality control is exercised during all the processes by the Q.C. team stationed at each and every stage of production.


There are basically three types of T - Shirts – round neck T – Shirt, collar or polo T – Shirt and sports T - Shirt. Apart from the above, sweat shirts /pullovers/hoodies of all styles can be made.


We do have ready stock of fabric for all types of T - Shirts in basic colors like Black, White, Navy Blue, Royal blue, Red, Maroon, grey, grey melange, sky blue etc.

Other specific colors can also be supplied provided the quantity is 300 pieces or more per color and sufficient delivery time is given. The T - Shirts cost will also be little higher.


We have an in-house printing and embroidery units to meet our printing and embroidery requirements. We are able to keep up our delivery commitments due to these in-house ancillary units.


Depending upon the requirement and the fabric, various types of printing are done and find below the most common types of printing used. All those varieties of Printing are done by latest multihead machines to ensure perfect quality and finish.

·         Pigment Printing: This is the oldest type of traditional printing and is a water based method .It is possible only on white or light color garments. Printing can be ironed upon.

·         Plastisol Printing: Ideal to print on light/dark garments and it has good opacity. In these, fine letterings and alignments are easy to attain. This is the most popular technique of printing the world over.

·         Transfer sticker printing: Ideal to print halftone designs like photographs and sceneries and works very economical in large scale production. For small quantities, the development cost may constitute to a significant amount of the cost per piece of printing. Nevertheless the printing cannot be ironed upon. The edges may start fraying after a few washes. A thin film is formed on the garment.

·         Sublimation Printing: Printing is possible only on 100% Polyester light color garment. Excellent vibrancy of colors. Printing of small quantities is also possible. Unlike transfer printing there is no development cost. The layer of ink cannot be felt.

·         High Density printing: High density printing is done through a process of adding layers of ink on top of one another to create depth and 3D graphics.


Our embroidery unit has 12 head Japanese embroidery machines and the output will be superb and faster with high quality finish and in tune with export standards.
